Refund Policy

In case there is something wrong with your shipped medication, if the package is damaged, or if it never arrives, please let us know in order to re-send the medications to the detailed address. Besides, you also have the right to ask for a refund. We will proceed according to what you decide.

Always allow up to 21 business days for the package to arrive from the day that it ships out. We require that at least 21 business days go by before issuing a refund. If after this time you still have not received the package or if you receive a notification that its been put on hold or returned to us send us a ticket so that we can take care of your request immediately.

Returns Policy

Buykamagraonline does not accept returned medications, due to international standards. If you are not satisfied with the order the way it was shipped to us, let us know so that we can re-send it free of charge, or issue a full refund.
